Are your products original? Yes. Incorian sells authentic Korean skincare products sourced through trusted supply channels. We focus on maintaining product authenticity and integrity from sourcing through to delivery.

How long does delivery take? We generally dispatch orders within 24 hours. Delivery time depends on your location and PIN code, and you can check the estimated delivery timeline for your address when placing your order.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery? Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes. COD availability will be shown during checkout.

Is shipping free? Yes. Shipping is free on orders above ₹999 across serviceable locations in India. For orders below ₹999, the applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.

How do I pay? Pay online via our secure Cashfree checkout (cards, UPI, net banking) or choose Cash on Delivery where available.

Can I cancel an order? Unpaid pending orders can usually be cancelled from My orders. Once paid or shipped, contact support.
